2020

It’s been a big year for Insurance Plus. We joined Valley Insurance Agents Alliance (VIAA), merged with Mulligan Insurance, and welcomed Lance Hall. Lance Hall and Christine Pickett work to bring the best service and options to our customers. Lance brought with two interns, Morgan Meyer and Alex Kramer, to help expand the staff and better meet client needs for commercial, personal, and health insurance products. Insurance plus has contacted and partnered with several personal, commercial, and group health partners. We have integrated multiple technology platforms from rating software, CRM (client relationship management), and AMS (agency management software) systems. This year we created a new website, which provides resources to help our clients learn more about the insurance industry. This year we added carriers for our pay as you go Workers Compensation one of our most popular policies.

As we enter 2021, we wanted to say thank you to everyone who supported us this year. We will continue to provide our clients with the best service to meet all their needs.
